A. HPC2020-14 Discussion, consideration and possible approval of a certificate of appropriateness to build a second story addition on a single family residential dwelling. The subject property is located at 214 Ledoux Street, is approximately .0524 acres and is located in the CBD "Central Business District" Zone in the HOZ "Historic Overlay Zone" within the town limits of the Town of Taos. The property owner's are Lisa K. and David C. Von Gunten and the agent is David Henry. At the last HPC meeting this application was tabled to the August 19, 2020 HPC Meeting. Since then the applicant has asked to table this item until they are ready with different plans.
