NOTE: This Virtual meeting will follow the Attorney General's guidelines and observes the Governor and Secretary of Health's public health orders. The electronic format will allow the Historic Preservation Commission to conduct the meeting without being physically present and in accordance with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act. There will be no live audience nor officials present at the Council Chambers. This is entirely a virtual meeting. Subject: A. July 15, 2020 Historic Preservation Commission Meeting Minutes

Subject: A. Citizens who wish to comment before or during the meeting may submit comments or questions to Nathan Sanchez, Planning, Community and Economic Development Department Director, at nsanchez@taosgov.com. No action may be taken.

Subject: A. HPC2020-14 Discussion, consideration and possible approval of a certificate of appropriateness to build a second story addition on a single family residential dwelling. The subject property is located at 214 Ledoux Street, is approximately .0524 acres and is located in the CBD "Central Business District" Zone in the HOZ "Historic Overlay Zone" within the town limits of the Town of Taos. The property owner's are Lisa K. and David C. Von Gunten and the agent is David Henry. At the last HPC meeting this application was tabled to the August 19, 2020 HPC Meeting. Since then the applicant has asked to table this item until they are ready with different plans.

Subject: B. Case No HPC2020-45 Discussion, consideration and possible approval of a certificate of appropriateness for the demolition of a wall located at the Stables Gallery. The subject property is located at 133 Paseo del Pueblo Norte, is approximately 1.043 acres and is located in the CBD "Central Business District" Zone in the HOZ "Historic Overlay Zone" within the Town limits of the Town of Taos. The property owner is Taos Center for the Arts (TCA), with Mary Hunzicker Dunn as the agent.

Subject: C. Case No HPC2020-55 Discussion, consideration and possible approval of a certificate of appropriateness for new construction, renovations, demolition, rehabilitation, and preservation of the old County Court House. The subject property is located at 121 North Plaza is approximately .1875 acres and is located in the CBD "Central Business District" Zone in the HOZ "Historic Overlay Zone" within the Town limits of the Town of Taos. The property owner is Taos County and the agent is Richard Sanchez.
