B. Case No APPEAL2020-57 Property owner Habitat for Humanity of Taos, with Agent, Sherry Popham is appealing the decision of the Code Administrator in Case No PZ2020-43. The Code Administrator denied the application for a Conditional Use Permit as the proposed use is not classified as a permitted principal use, permitted accessory use or Conditional Use in the R-4 Residential Zone as outlined in the Town of Taos Land Use Development Code.
