6. Consent Agenda - The items in the Consent Agenda below have been reviewed by the Mayor and the Mayor has placed these items on the Consent Agenda for the purpose of voting on all items with one vote. The items listed are for the Council's consideration and approval.

Subject: A. Discussion, consideration and possible approval of Resolution 21-08; budget adjustments to the following: 1) General Fund - transfer between personnel and operations within the Airport and Facilities Departments and increase revenues and expenditures due to a donation received for the Cornelio project; 2) Community Grants - increase revenues and expenditures by $2,197 to adjust for the final grant award for the State Library Grant in Aid; 3) Water & Sewer Income Fund increase transfer out $21,489 to the Water Enterprise Fund to cover increased operating expenses; 4) Water Enterprise Fund transfer personnel costs to operations and increase overall budget by $21,498; 5) Taos Regional Landfill Fund - Increase overall budget by $94,952 with funds coming from the unreserved fund balance. Summary/Background: Town of Taos Policy requires Council approval on all budget transfers that transfer funds between costs categories, (i.e. Personnel, Operating Expenses and Capital Outlay, interfund transfer, budget increases, project to projects and new projects. This adjustment takes care of the four departments that need the necessary increases to their budgets as a mid-year review. They are moving personnel cost savings to operations for items that have come up since the original budget was prepared and additional funding needed, is coming from the respective unreserved fund balances.
