Discussion, consideration and direction to staff regarding a possible property exchange between the Town and County involving the former Taos Ancianos Senior Center and the former Tri-County Detox Facility for the purpose of facilitating the development of local in-patient medical detox services and workforce supportive daycare, including for public employees (defined as local government, schools, healthcare, and essential community services).
B. Discussion, consideration and direction to staff with regards to cooperation between the Town and County in the drafting of recreational marijuana regulations.
C. Discussion, consideration and direction to staff with regards to cooperation between the entities in the exchange of information necessary for the efficient registration, monitoring and reporting of short-term rentals and assessing their impact and performance.
D. Discussion by the governing bodies regarding the future of recycling given the recent decision by the Regional Landfill Board to terminate their service on July 1, 2021.
