Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus and in conformance with the Executive Orders of the Governor of the State of New Mexico, Public Health Orders of the Secretary of Health, and consistent with the guidelines of the New Mexico Attorney General, this meeting will be held electronically with no live audience and livestreamed to the public.
