NOTE: This Virtual meeting will follow the Attorney General's guidelines and observes the Governor and Secretary of Health's public health orders. The electronic format will allow the Historic Preservation Commission to conduct the meeting without being physically present and in accordance with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act. There will be no live audience nor officials present at the Council Chambers. This is entirely a virtual meeting. Subject: A. August 18, 2021 Historic Preservation Commission Meeting Minutes

Subject: A. Citizens who wish to comment before or during the meeting may submit your request, comments or questions to Nathan Sanchez, Planning, Community and Economic Development Department Director, at nsanchez@taosgov.com. No action may be taken.

Subject: A. Case No HPC2021-24 Discussion, consideration and possible approval of a certificate of appropriateness to build a new fence along the perimeter of 615 and 619 Camino de la Placita. The subject property is approximately 1.81 acres and is located in the R-14 "Multi-Family Residential" Zone in the Historic Overlay Zone within the the Town limits of the Town of Taos. The property owner is Senor Naturale, LLC and the Registered Agent is Daniel Weeks.
