Case No HPC2022-31 Discussion, consideration and possible approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to remodel and preserve the buildings formerly known as the Kachina Lodge and to demolish a 233 square foot hot tub building. The subject property is located at 413 Paseo del Pueblo Norte, is approximately 7.280 acres and is located in the C-2 "General commercial" Zone within the HOZ " Historic Overlay Zone" within the Town limits of the Town of Taos. The property owner is Radify Taos, LLC and the Agent is Laron Turley.
