The Town of Taos will hold its hybrid Planning and Zoning Commission Special Meeting at the Town Council Chambers, 120 Civic Plaza Drive. 9. MATTERS FROM STAFF

Subject: A. Case No PZ2022-39 Presentation by Steve Burstein, AICP, and discussion on Phase II of the 2022 Comprehensive Plan. Phase II consists of suggested amendments to the Land Use Development Code. The Planning and Zoning commission may recommend to staff the direction to take in regards to Phase III of the Comprehensive Plan which includes implementing the recommended amendments.
