Subject: A. August 17, 2022 Historic Preservation Commission Meeting Minutes

Subject: A. Citizens wishing to comment may submit comments, questions or request to speak to Nathan Sanchez, Planning Director, at nsanchez@taosgov.com before the commencement of the meeting. Citizens will have the opportunity to speak for a maximum of 5 minutes. No action may be taken.

Subject: A. Case No. HPC2022-52 Discussion, consideration, and possible approval for a certificate of appropriateness for the renovations and change in use of 26 Hotel Units to 13 Residential Condo Units in Building 8, formerly known as the Kachina Lodge. The subject property is located at 413 Paseo del Pueblo Norte, is approximately 7.280 acres and is located in the C-2 "General Commercial" Zone within the HOZ "Historic Overlay" Zone within the town limits of the Town of Taos. The property owner is Radify Taos, LLC and the agent is Laron Turley.

Subject: B. Case No PZ2022-57 Discussion, consideration, and possible approval for a certificate of appropriateness for a mural on the property located at 121 Civic Plaza Drive. The property owner is Regents of the University of New Mexico, and the agent is Sarah Stoler.
