TOWN OF TAOS COUNCIL AND TAOS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS JOINT SPECIAL MEETING

Note: This virtual meeting will follow the Attorney General's guidelines and observe the Governor's executive orders and the Secretary of Health's public health orders. The electronic format will allow the Town Council and the County Commission Board to conduct the meeting without being physically present and in accordance with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act. There will be no live audience nor officials present at the Council Chambers and Commission Chambers. This meeting is entirely virtual.

Discussion, consideration and decision regarding an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of Taos and the Town of Taos for the funding of a Housing Director position that will serve both the Town and the County in the provision of affordable and below market housing to the residents of Taos County.

Subject: B. Discussion, consideration and decision regarding the approval of Joint Resolution 2023-01, A Joint Resolution establishing the affordable and below market housing policy for the County of Taos and the Town of Taos.
