Discussion, consideration and possible approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract TT-18-180, Task Order No. 3 with Souder Miller and Associates in the amount of $25,124.00 excluding New Mexico gross receipts tax (NMGRT). The additional services are a direct cost for the repackaging and rebidding of CDBG Project No. 18-C-NR-I-G-25. The original contract issued was in the amount of $244,102.00 excluding NMGRT. The Engineering services are for the Water System Infrastructure Improvements including water treatment, storage and production at wells 4, 5 and 8.
