Summary/Background:

The Town contracted with Franklin Legal Publishing for recodification and editorial review services of the Town Code.  The final draft code was reviewed and approved by the Town Attorney.  Proposed Ordinance 23-08 is presented to the Council to adopt and enact a new code of ordinances.
