Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of contract TT-23-2514-1 with Taos County Adult Detention Center (TCADC) in the amount of up to $180,000 for fiscal year 2023/2024. The Town of Taos Police Department uses TCADC to house Municipal detainees arrested by Taos Police Department at the cost of $125.00/day/per inmate for each full or partial day in which the detainee is confined by TCADC.
