Discussion, consideration and possible approval of Resolution 23-25 authorizing a time extension for participation in the Municipal Arterial Program (MAP) administered by the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) and authorization for Mayor Maestas to sign the amended grant agreement. The Town of Taos share of this project at 25% is $31,111, the NMDOT share at 75% is $93,333, the total agreement amount is $124,444. (Assistant Town Manager Francisco Espinoza)

Summary/Background: This MAP agreement will be used for the Camino del Medio construction project. The associated line items in the Capital Improvements Project budget are 59-26-45003 CAMINO MEDIO PHASE II MAP - NMDOT Grant and 59-16-45003 CAMINO MEDIO PHASE II - TM (Town Match).

This request is for the extension of the grant agreement end date from June 30, 2023, to June 30, 2024. There are no changes in the funding amount.
