The Town of Taos will hold its hybrid Town Council Workshop Meeting at the Town Council Chambers, 120 Civic Plaza Drive. The Council will conduct a Closed Executive Session to discuss the pay and compensation plan pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(H)(5) collective bargaining strategy prior to negotiations between a public body and a union representing employees of the public body; collective bargaining sessions involving the public body and union; to discuss the purchase, acquisition or disposal of real property or water rights pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(H)(8); and to discuss contract negotiations with the Town Manager and Town Attorney. This item may be discussed in closed executive session pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(H)(2).
