Case No HPC2023-23 Discussion, consideration, and possible approval for a certificate of appropriateness for the demolition of the existing structures, totaling 2,865 square feet, on the property located at 402 and 404 Paseo del Pueblo Norte. The subject property is approximately 1.501 acres and is located in the R-14 "Multi-Family Residential" Zone within the HOZ "Historic Overlay Zone" within the Town limits of the Town of Taos. The property owner is Del Norte Properties, LLC and the Agent is Mark Yaravitz.
