Case No HPC2024-08 Discussion, consideration, and possible approval for a Certificate of Appropriateness to build a new single family residential dwelling located on Theodora Street, Owner Number 35821, Parcel Number 1074149437180. The subject property is approximately 1.328 acres and is located in the R-14 "Multi-Family Residential" Zone within the HOZ "Historic Overlay Zone" within the Town limits of the Town of Taos. The property owner is Marcia Brenner Winter Revocable Trust, Marcia Brenner Winter Trustee, with Agent Douglas Patterson of LDG Architects.
