Discussion, consideration and possible decisions concerning the purchase, acquisition or disposal of real property or water rights with regards to a parcel of land that is approximately 5 acres at the Taos Regional Landfill that may potentially be conveyed by deed to the County for the construction of a new public works yard and fleet facility.
