The Town Manager Richard Bellis requested Ochenta Housing LLLP present the site plan and design proposals for the 76 unit affordable housing project sponsored by the Town and County at Herdner Road located at a vacant lot formerly known as the old County Public Works Yard prior to scheduling the Community Workshop.   Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission, County Commission, Mayor’s Affordable Housing Committee and the Historic Preservation Commission have been invited to attend.
