Summary/Background:

The Town recently adopted the International Code Council (ICC) International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) so staff will need to be trained and certified to enforce it.  The dates have not been determined as the training seminars are available anytime with the exception of September 29 through October 18, 2017. The courses are Monday through Saturday and the exams will be taken either on Saturday or the following Monday depending on availability.

Summary/Background:

This Change Order includes Subcontractor costs associated with the issues discovered when the exterior wall demolition was completed.  It specifically includes the cost to provide spray-on cell insulation into the exterior walls, additional electric work, additional perimeter roof/insulation work and painting structural steel.  The Change Order is in the amount of $122,627.17 (exclusive of NM GRT) bringing the total contract amount to $925,656.03 (exclusive of NM GRT).
