In order to remove certain reversionary language between the County of Taos and NM Department of Transportation  (DOT) for the parcel that has been transferred to the Town for purposes of affordable housing, acceptable to the County and NM DOT, the Town is reverting the deed to NM DOT with the provision that they will issues back a clean deed without the reversionary provisions.
