Summary/Background:

Pursuant to Ordinance 15-5 the Personnel Policy Section 3.90.180: Legal public holidays shall be approved and authorized by the Town Council for each calendar year, usually at the regular Council meeting held in December for the next calendar year designated holidays.  This schedule is also in accordance with the current Collective Bargaining Agreement: Article 9. Holidays.
