Daniel B. Stephens TT-20-76 Amendment #6 in the amount of $129,779.16 is for the development of a Preliminary Engineering Report for water/sewer at the Taos Regional Airport funded by a Capital Outlay Appropriation #SAP 19-D-2556-GF in the amount of $130,000.

 

The original contract plus amendments #1-#6 are attached for a total amount of $3,078,747.92.

Resolution 19-46 identified both the Humble Brands, Inc. and the Indian Hills projects as potential CDBG economic development projects.  Since then, Humble Brands determined it would be in their best interest to wait until the next funding cycle to apply for CDBG funds and the Indian Hills project is ready to move forward. The amended Resolution 19-50 now only identifies the Indian Hills project.
