Subject: A. CONTINUED FROM THE FEBRUARY 7, 2018 P&Z COMMISSION MEETING - PZ2017-21 Property Owner, Conroad Associates, LP, Loyd Abrams with agent, Alex Abeyta Engineering, Inc., is requesting a preliminary plat approval for a 49 lot subdivision on approximately 16.528 acres. The subject property is located on parcel 1074149331365 on Paseo del Pueblo Norte in an R-14 "Multi-Residential" Zone within the Town limits of the Town of Taos.

Subject: B. Property owners Appleseed, LLC, with Agent Mark Yaravitz, is requesting a zone change from R-4 "Residential/Agricultural" Zone and RA "Residential/Agricultural" Zone. The two subject properties are approximately 14.691 acres total, and are located on Camino Del Rancho Arriba and Upper Ranchitos.
