The subject property is located on parcel 1074149331365 on Paseo del Pueblo Norte in an R-14 "Multi-Family Residential" Zone within the Town limits of the Town of Taos. Case No PZ2018-11 Discussion, consideration and possible approval for a Conditional Use Permit to change the use of the existing structure from residential to commercial for administrative offices. The property owner is Dreamtree Project C/O Catherine Hummel, with agent Jason Boyd of Living Designs Group Architects. The subject property is located at 128 La Posta, is approximately .432 acres and is located in an R-2 "Single Family Residential" Zone within the Town limits of the Town of Taos.
