A. Case No PZ2019-55 Discussion, consideration and possible approval of a Conditional Use Permit to build a single family dwelling within a new warehouse/storage unit located at 1017 Dea Lane. The subject property is approximately .5 acres and is located in a M-1 "Light Manufacturing" Zone within the Town limits of the Town of Taos. They property owner is Larry Bell, LLC and the Agent is Benjamin Curry of Living Designs Group.
B. Case No PZ2019-56 Discussion, consideration and possible recommendation to the Town of Taos Town Council for an ordinance amending the Taos Town Code Title 15, Chapter 15.04: Building and Construction to require NM Building Codes be adopted by reference and to remove the HERS Rating requirement.
