The subject property is approximately 15.76 acres, is parcel number 1074149331365, is located off of Paseo del Pueblo Norte, is zoned R-14 "Multi Family Residential" and is within the Town limits of the Town of Taos. The Property owner is Conroad Associates, LP and the agent is Alex Abeyta of Abeyta Engineering, Inc.
A. PZ2019-62 Nonconforming Uses - An ordinance providing for nonconforming uses within the Town of Taos under Chapter 16 of the Town Code, defining nonconformities, permitting continuation of nonconforming uses under particular circumstances, addressing the effect of the changes to nonconforming properties and uses, providing for the loss of nonconforming status.
B. PZ2019-63 - Ordinance No 19-10 - An Emergency Interim Development Ordinance (IDO) deferring issuance of permits for Short Term Rentals pending development of a comprehensive regulatory ordinance approved by Town Council on December 10, 2019.
A. Discussion regarding possible revisions to Section 16.08.020.3 General definitions regarding Frontage, Front Lot Line, Hairpin Lot, Interior Lot, Rear Lot Line, Reversed Corner Lot, Through Lot (Double Frontage), and Setback Regulations.
F. Discussion and possible approval for an amendment to the Citizens Forum time. Currently it is 5 minutes possibly changing to 3 minutes to match the Town Council Citizen Forum.
