Case No PZ2020-09 Discussion, consideration and possible recommendation to the Town of Taos Town Council for the annexation of 14 parcels, parcel numbers 1073147127356, 1073147121351, 1073147115346, 1073147123335, 1073147133343, 1073147082375, 1073147079357, 1073147092360, 1073147092338, 1073147107338, 1073147106316, 1073147123315, 1073147142280, and 1073147095275 located in the area of Camino de la Merced, Camino del Medio, Paseo del Canon West and St. Francis Lane currently in Taos County. The subject parcels are approximately 10.978 acres total. The property owners are requesting a Zoning Designation of R-14 "Multi-Family Residential" Zone and M-1 "Light Manufacturing" Zone. The property owners are Thomas J. Tafoya, Hunter Tafoya, Caitlin Tafoya, Haley Tafoya, Thomas R. Tafoya, Sharon Halmstad, Tommy Tafoya, and Noah Tafoya and the Agent is Thomas Tafoya.
