A. Property owners Claudia Mora and Peter Maggiore are requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the windows and the exterior door as well as repair the North wall cracks and re-stucco the entire exterior of the house and courtyard wall. The subject property is approximately .086 acres and is located in an R-14 “Multi-Family Residential” Zone in the Historic Overlay Zone within the town limits of the Town of Taos. The subject property was red tagged for work that was being done without a certificate of appropriateness and building permit.
