A. Case No HPC2017-46 Property owner Frank Appleby, with Agent, Amy Dondanville, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness to erect an exterior wood clad metal staircase and replace the exterior second story french doors with a window. The subject property is located at 224 Ranchitos Road, is approximately .34 acres and is located in an R-14 “Multi-Family Residential” Zone in the Historic Overlay Zone within the town limits of the Town of Taos.
B. Case No HPC2017-45 Discussion and possible issuance of a notice to preserve and/or maintain the structures at 233 Paseo del Pueblo Sur pursuant to Section 16.16.220.7 of the Town of Taos Land Use Development Code.
