Case No HPC2019-37 Certificate of Appropriateness - Discussion, consideration and possible approval for a certificate of appropriateness for the replacement of windows, doors and fence for the property located at 124 La Loma Street A&B. The subject property is approximately .323 acres and is located in an R-14 "Multi-Family Residential" Zone within within the Historic Overlay Zone within the Town limits of the Town of Taos. The property owner's are Jeffrey and Amanda Shiner and the Agent is Analinda Valdez.
