A. Case No HPC2020-07 Discussion, consideration and possible approval of a certificate of appropriateness for interior and exterior renovations of the Indian Hills Hotel and the interior and exterior renovations and change in use for the adjacent residential dwelling. Also included is the replacement and/or repair and addition of fences and parking areas. The subject three properties are located at 233 and 237 Paseo del Pueblo Sur and 107 Los Pandos Road, are approximately 3.89 acres total and are located in the CBD "Central Business District" Zone within the Historic Overlay Zone within the Town limits of the Town of Taos. The property owners are Taos Hotel Associates, LLC and Robert Arlington Burtis and the Agent is Electric Bowery Ltd. The Historic Preservation Commission will adjourn to go on a site visit and will reconvene the public hearing upon return.
C. Discussion, consideration and possible approval for an amendment to the Citizens Forum time. Currently it is 5 minutes, possibly changing to 3 minutes to match the Town of Taos Town Council Citizens Forum.
