Summary/Background:  Town of Taos Policy requires Council approval on all budget transfers that transfer funds between costs categories, (i.e. Personnel, Operating Expenses and Capital Outlay, interfund transfer, budget increases, project to projects and new projects.   We are transferring the funding from the existing project to Town Well#3A replacement, which is a new project and a priority at this time.
