Resolution 20-24 will support a FAA grant for a pavement preservation project on Runway 422. FAA has previously approved the scope and will fund 100% but waits until the bids are in so the grant application and the award match the bid exactly.

Both the Learning Lab and the Gang Resistance is Powerful programs decided not to write for funding for FY21.
The grant agreement represents four years and will be modified as new programs are added or removed.
