Discussion, consideration and possible approval of Resolution 20-41; budget adjustments to the following: 1) 1999 Gasoline Tax Acquisition Fund increase revenues by $315,000 for a Legislative grant received but not correctly identified and increase expenditures for Street Resurfacing by $215,000 and Camino del Medio additional design services by $100,000 as the funds are available to cover these adjustments, 2) Landfill Acquisition Fund increase expenditures in the amount of $126,175 for engineering services for cell 4B & 5A design that was not carried over from FY 2019-2020. Summary/Background: Town of Taos Policy requires Council approval on all budget transfers that transfer funds between costs categories, (i.e. Personnel, Operating Expenses and Capital Outlay, interfund transfer, budget increases, project to projects and new projects. This adjustment increases revenues from a Legislative Grant in the amount of $315,000 (original budget was incorrect; only budgeted $35,000) total grant amount is $350,000. Expenditures will also increase by $315,000; $100,000 to cover additional design services for Camino del Medio and $215,000 to Street Resurfacing, as funds are available to cover this increase.

Subject: A. Discussion, consideration and possible approval of Ordinance 20-13 amending the Town of Taos Zoning Map and the Town of Taos Land Use Development Code. This ordinance amends the Town of Taos official zoning map with respect to two parcels totaling approximately 4.613 acres, with UPC number 1073147342409 and UPC Number 1073147351399.
