Summary/Background: Town of Taos Policy requires Council approval on all budget transfers that transfer funds between costs categories, (i.e. Personnel, Operating Expenses and Capital Outlay, interfund transfer, budget increases, project to projects and new projects. This adjustment increases revenues from a Legislative Grant in the amount of $315,000 (original budget was incorrect; only budgeted $35,000) total grant amount is $350,000.  Expenditures will also increase by $315,000; $100,000 to cover additional design services for Camino del Medio and $215,000 to Street Resurfacing, as funds are available to cover this increase.
